Wildlife Ecology, Conservation, & Resilience in an era of rapid global change

Extreme ecological disturbances, driven by climate change, are expected to impact biodiversity in increasingly unpredictable and irreversible ways. Our research examines how ecological disturbances influence (1) wildlife community assemblages and ecological resilience, (2) animal behavior and plasticity, and (3) human-wildlife interactions. Our work also seeks to understand the potential consequences of climate change and disturbances in altering dynamics of human-wildlife conflict. We aim for our work to inform future research and management decisions to create more resilient ecosystems into the future.
